Doug has performed in a variety of staged productions from Shakespeare to Musicals in his over 30 years of performing, winning numerous performance awards along the way. Most recently winning Best Supporting Actor at the 2016 NACT festival for The Lofte’s production of “Shakespeare's a D#$k.” As an Improv Comedian, Doug has performed in thousands of shows on stages all over the country. Doug teaches and directs troupes in Omaha including the award winning Chantilly Mace. Doug co-founded “Big Canvas” with top Omaha stand-up and Improv comics Heather Jones, Tracie Mauk, Lindsey Theis and Eric Green.
