My relationship with theater began as a child by putting on productions for the neighborhood in my parent’s basement. Flash forward many years later and I found myself on stage for the first time and I was hopelessly hooked. Now I feel the stage is my "home away from home".

Outside of the stage or screen I am seen and known as an adventurer, athlete and yogi. Most of my life I look for the idea of “the experience” of each event, encounter and moment. I feel I have something special and worthwhile to impart to the people I meet, work with, teach yoga or perform for and I feel each occasion is truly irreplaceable.
My mother always said I would be a business professional or a comedian; somehow I make them both happen.

The love of life and true well-being I endeavor to achieve each day, shows in everything I do and am a part of. BREAK LEGS!!
