Matthew Minnicino

Matt Minnicino is a Manhattan-based playwright, teacher, and theatre-maker. He is a current member of the Writers Room at The Flea Theatre and the Dorothy Strelsin New American Writers Group at Primary Stages. He is an O’Neill New Play Conference Semi-Finalist, a Jeffrey Melnick New Playwright Award Nominee, and winner of the Arts & Letters Prize and Clay Delauney Playwriting Prize. He is an alumnus of the Great Plains Theatre Conference, Pipeline’s PlayLab, SPACE on Ryder Farm, Joust Writers’ Round Table, Everyday Inferno Writer/Director Lab; and been playwright in residence for (among others), Artilliers, Exquisite Corpse, Letter of Marque, Wandering Bark, Traumaturgy Productions, and more.
