Emily Krause

Emily Krause is a Northwest-grown, Brooklyn-based playwright, actor, and songwriter. She most recently sang in the choir for Heather Christian’s Animal Wisdom at the Bushwick Starr, worked on the writing team for Exquisite Corpse Company’s immersive play A Ribbon About A Bomb, and wrote music for Ran Xia’s Pomegrenade at IRT. Her other plays include: Provenance, a tree play, We Were Always Our Own Thing, t h r o u g h o u t i v e n e s s, POSITIVE, Quarter-Life, Half-Life, and Sarah; and have been seen/read at: Exquisite Corpse Company, The Playwriting Collective, TinyRhino, The Bechdel Group, and the Crosby Street Festival.
