John Minigan

John Minigan is a 2019-2020 Massachusetts Cultural Council Artist Fellow in Dramatic Writing and was a 2016-2017 Next Voices Fellow at New Repertory Theatre. His plays have been produced in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia and published in the Best American Short Plays, Best Ten-Minute Plays, and New England New Play anthologies. He has developed new plays at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, Actors Rep of Vermont, and the New American Playwrights Project. His full-length Queen of Sad Mischance, was a 2018 O’Neill and Lark Finalist and a Dayton FutureFest selection, and his full-length comedy Noir Hamlet opened in Boston in 2018 and was a Boston Globe Critics’ Pick and an EDGEMedia Best of Boston Theater honoree.
