Mia Morris

Mia Morris is a Seattle based actor, director and theatre arts teacher. After attending the Professional Theater Training Program at the State University of New York-Purchase she worked in New York City, and New England. In the early 90’s Mia moved to Seattle to co-found the award winning Open Circle Theatre. She is a repeat guest artist for the GPTC and has been a guest artist for the New City Playwrights Festival and the New City Directors Festival. Mia recently appeared in the world premiere of Welcome to Braggsville at Book-It Repertory Theatre, and Year of the Rooster at MAP Theatre. Other theatre credits include Irma in The Balcony, God in Poona the F**ck Dog, Jill in The Big Funk, Nell in Fen, Frau Bergmann in Spring Awakening, Samantha in The Feast and Ronnie in at the vanishing point for the 2012 GPTC PlayFest.
