Homero Vela

Homero Vela is a Partner at the law firm Barkdoll & Von Ahsen, LLC. Mr. Vela advises small business owners and non profit entities on legal issues related to corporate formation, employment, contracts, and litigation strategy.  Building on his 20 years of experience as an actor, singer, and designer, Mr. Vela has advised several theaters and theater artists on the legal issues that arise in conducting the business of theater.
